Donkey kong 3 bugs eat stanley3/11/2023 ![]() ![]() Nobody even plays the wii in my house anymore. I can use the DS for "party games" (wi-fi) and use my Xbox1 and splincell (vc?) for a more hardcore experience. If E3 does not blow me away with some huge surprise and show they actually listen to consumers instead of generating profits then it will be a DS and an Xbox1 for me. Ninty should have done that a long time ago.Īnd how does getting the lessor quality games out of the way create consumer satisfaction? I have not been satisfied with my wii for a while now. I don't think Ninty has much going on there so I'm not holding my breath on that. I think E3 is "press" only this year but its in L.A. Lets hope this post isn't a repeat of Friday's VC release So, you can't really sterotype the North Americans for buying only the familiar titles, because Europeans are kinda doing the same thing, however, the North Americans in turn mustn't be pissed for a getting a non-Nintendo title, and being slightly happy when they do get one, even when it is most certainly absolute crap. Now, although Europeans have tended not to neglect games/ gaming systems in the past, the European gaming market is rapidly changing from what the used to be (see WiiWareWorld article on topselling WiiWare games) (insert endless amounts of neglected games here). The reason behind the enormous amount of Pokemon Ranch sales (although that is WiiWare), and the lack of sales for Toki Tori. They tend to think that North Americans will buy any game that they tend to be familiar with, and often ignore the hidden gems. Well, unfortunately Mike, statements, simlar to the one above, are the ones that tend to piss off our european counterparts. Mon 14th Jul Mike: At least we got a Nintendo game, although it's not that good, but it is a classic. ![]()
